配送ポリシー
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- European Union: 15–30 business days
- Rest of World: 15–35 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, and local postal conditions.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Dear Companion has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
EU Customers Under EU consumer law, if your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please contact us if your order is delayed and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
